I love crosstown and that every class is always different but lately all of the trainer schedules seem to be changing with the new location open and it’s thrown off my routine and which classes I prefer/can actually make with my work schedule. I wish Kailee would go back to teaching more at the west loop location especially mornings

All the trainers are really great and motivating and make all the workouts different but difficult!

It continues to be pretty easy to get into the class times that I want. I also like that you continue to upgrade things like the kettle bells even with the third location opening. I would like to see more classes with Kailee, Jeanna, and Stephanie at West Loop. Also continue to change up the formats so we're not doing long stations with 2 exercises.

That every class is different but always challenging in the same degree. People who work there are friendly and encouraging!

Staff and clientele are friendly. CTF really cultivates a community/team atmosphere. There are not too many places I can walk into and feel comfortable striking up a conversation with anybody, but here I can do that.

Change is programming.
Only complaint - it would be better to have the same programming for the entire day so you can get a complete workout if going 5 days a week.
