Meet our December Member of the Month – Angela Ghantous!

Chicago Gym - December '16

1. Favorite Cheat Food / Restaurant:  Kraft Macaroni & Cheese

2. Favorite Healthy Food on the Go:  Almonds

3. Favorite Exercise:  Burpees and Kettle Bell Swings

4. Fitness Goal:  2016 goal was 5 dead hang chin ups, perpetual goal is to continue challenging myself everyday!

5. College or University attended:  Indiana University

6. Fun Fact about you:  I am mom to two crazy little boys – 4 and 5 years old who I work very hard to keep up with!!  

7. Do you have a fitness or athletic achievement?  Prior goal/achievement was a sub 6:30 minute mile and sub 20 minute 5k.  I also did the Tough Mudder a couple of years ago which was a huge mental & physical challenge! Current goals are more strength focused — see #4
