Tell us about you goals, what inspired you to get into CTF?

Stay lean, maintain/increase strength, and I really like the group setting.

What do you do from 9 to 5?

Bar/Restaurant Owner

When do you make time to workout?

Anytime I can. I often workout twice in a day.

How do your workouts at CTF keep you going in your busy professional life?

Each workouts helps relieve stress and clears my head which helps me focus on more on work.

What’s one goal you have inside the gym and one outside of it?

increase my muscle stamina and endurance

Tell us about you goals, what inspired you to get into CTF?

Initially the goal was simply just to get in shape. You know, to make sure my gut didn’t extend out farther than my chest.

What do you do from 9 to 5?

National account sales at Canon.

When do you make time to workout?

 I try to go before work but end up going at all times. My goal is to hit 2-3 CTF classes per week, whenever I can fit them in.

How do your workouts at CTF keep you going in your busy professional life?

When I’m getting to CTF 2-3 per week I’m sleeping better, feeling better, definitely feeling less stressed.

What’s one goal you have inside the gym and one outside of it?

Inside – I want to get back to the point where I can do the advanced classes.
Outside – I want to learn how to use the force.
