Tell us about you goals, what inspired you to get into CTF?

The typical gym setting was getting stale, playing basketball for a workout has always been a love, but it was taking a toll on my body. My wife, Katie, spoke very highly of CTF and challenged me to join!

What do you do from 9 to 5?

I work as an Sr. Account Executive for a IT Services company.

When do you make time to workout?

My schedule usually allows for flexibility but I usually go to classes after work hours to be able to workout and compete with my wife.

How do your workouts at CTF keep you going in your busy professional life?

My job can be quite stressful at times and being able to relieve that stress for 50 mins is critical! I don’t have time to think about anything else but the workout in front of me.

What’s one goal you have inside the gym and one outside of it?

Inside the gym, I want to continue to build strength , specifically want to be able to do pulls up consistently. Outside the gym, I want to be the best Daddy I can be for our new daughter, Delaney.

Tell us about you goals, what inspired you to get into CTF?

I wanted a more competitive workout, a more motivating workout and after moving to the West Loop over 4 years ago, I wanted to join something to be part of the community.

What do you do from 9 to 5?

I am a Sr. Corporate Sales Manager at the Intercontinental Hotel on Michigan Ave.

When do you make time to workout?

 I make time to workout after work, it is nice to force myself to leave the office and I enjoy meeting my husband there!

How do your workouts at CTF keep you going in your busy professional life?

The endurance keeps my stress level down and working out during my pregnancy gave me extra boost of energy!

What’s one goal you have inside the gym and one outside of it?

Outside the gym, continue to incorporate a balance of health and fitness into my new family life. Inside the gym, be back to my pre-pregnancy weight mid 2016 and use 20 pound dumbbells thrusters.
