As a gymnast and athlete all of her life Ali fell in love with yoga in college as a way to advance her workout at the gym. Yoga soon became her main form of physical exercise as she discovered the similarities on her mat to form, function and strength used and created in other athletic activity. Ali joined the fitness industry in 2010 and currently travels the country teaching power vinyasa yoga with a strong emphasis on mobility and alignment. She runs teacher training programs as well as anatomy and sequence workshops nation wide to help improve the education of trainers as well as athletes. In class Ali always address the importance of core strength to promote the stability of movement in all forms exercise. Expect to be challenged in a new way and maybe even learn how to do a handstand!
