Cole Crisco

Born and raised in North Carolina, Cole has always been connected with the fitness world. From his father making him do Army PT tests as a child to get new shoes, playing every sport under the sun since he could walk, and most recently becoming a NASM certified personal trainer.

As a recent graduate from the US Army Infantry School, he is very familiar with hard work. Awarded for being the soldier chosen as the distinguished Honor Graduate, and for having one of the overall highest scores for the Army Physical Fitness Test. He knows that you will always get out what you put in.

Now a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Cole wants to give back to other people looking to push themselves to get better. He has a deep sense of love for the underdog, and those who have the courage and who are willing to put in the work to better themselves. The gym is the one place where anyone can go to just let it all out, and the outside world doesn’t exist while you’re there. Fitness isn’t always pretty, and that’s what he loves. It is a controllable struggle. Making people realize their potential is top priority.

“Too many people don’t realize their own strength and their ability to persevere. The effort you put in at the gym transcends all areas of your life too. Life doesn’t always go right, but if you know how to hit the ground, put in the work, and see that you’re still standing at the end of the day then it will all be good.”

When Cole isn’t sweating his life away at the gym, he is usually looking up new workouts to test out, quoting any Chris Farley movie, and or finding out how to get his german shepherd named Charlie up to Chicago from North Carolina. Cole is also currently serving in the Illinois Army National Guard with the 1-178TH Infantry Regiment.
