Danny has been involved with fitness since a very young age. He was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to play baseball at the collegiate level. Being very competitive Danny found exercise to be the best remedy for his consistent drive! Danny’s passion for health and wellness led him to get certified to become a personal trainer, so he can push and help others live healthier lives physically, mentally and emotionally. His main focuses are total body weight loss, sport specific training and high intensity interval training (HIIT).
We have one life to live and one body to live it in. Why not make that body the best version of itself so we can lead the best life possible. He believes a sound body leads to a sound mind. As a fitness professional, I work with clients on an individual basis to achieve that mind-body connection on the way to reaching specific fitness goals. Danny brings a high level of passion, energy, and determination into each and every workout.
When Danny is a fitness junkie, so if you don’t see him throwing weights around or trying to shred in a boot camp class you can find him beach bumming it at one of our beaches or taking down a Lou Malnatis deep dish (his favorite).
