Gina Caifano has been a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor since 2006 and further pursued her passion for fitness as a NTC Nike Trainer. In 2015, she received her Master’s as a Registered Nurse. Her training philosophy encompasses functional weight training, conditioning movements, and high intensity cardio exercises to achieve effective and efficient results. Additionally, she believes that modifications are essential to all fitness levels whether you are new to Crosstown Fitness, recovering from an injury, or are a professional athlete.
