A vibrant and enthusiastic fitness professional from Crystal Lake, IL, Kathryn Morgan began her first year at Crosstown Fitness in June 2016 as a Fitness Manager, Personal Trainer and Group Trainer. After graduating Southern Illinois University Carbondale in May with a B.S in Business and a minor in Marketing, Kathryn brought the following certifications with herwith her: ACE Personal Trainer, AFAA Group Fitness Instructor, Zumba, Turbokick by Beachbody, and R.I.P.P.E.D Trainer. In February of 2016, she presented her own group fitness class “N.Vive” at Midwest Fit Fest, an annual fitness conference for growing fitness professionals.
In college, Kathryn worked as personal trainer and group fitness instructor starting her freshman year through her senior year. As a junior she received personal trainer and fitness instructor of the year, earning the fitness employee of the year award as a senior.
Kathryn strives to live out her personal fitness theory; find balance through fitness, nature, and mindfulness. With these three basic practices, she believes individuals can thrive and become the best they can be.
She works to improve her training techniques every day, learning from other fitness professionals and educating herself to the best of her abilities. With the end goal of educating others to exercise in the most effective way possible, she believes that with hard work and dedication, your fitness goal will become a reality.
