Kristen Contos

Kristen started gymnastics at 3-years-old and hasn’t stopped consistently working out since. Growing up as an extremely competitive athlete in sports such as basketball and soccer created her drive and focus in the gym. Her passion for training has translated into helping others love to train.

Kristen is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer and Nike Ambassador. Her Nike trainers/mentors have shown her how rewarding it is to support, motivate, and have a positive impact on their clients leading Kristen to want to do the same. By designing an individualized training plan, she coaches clients how to increase strength, stability, and endurance and create a sustainable, healthy lifestyle.

Kristen has a Masters of Science in Accounting (MSA) from Indiana University, and she grew up in the suburbs of Chicago. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) as well as a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) working at a Hedge Fund of Funds in River North.

When Kristen isn’t crunching numbers or training, she can be found at Chipotle, drinking (protein shakes, obviously) with her twin brother, doing handstands anywhere and everywhere, and getting to bed late.. around 8pm. She currently holds the world record for 3 CTF Total Body classes back-to-back in one morning.
