Maggie grew up dancing and soon fell in love with yoga for all the same reasons she loved to dance – she just liked to listen to good music and move. That eventually turned into a love for any kind of movement, from running to CrossFit to cycling, and everything in between. She’s began instructing strength and metabolic conditioning classes as well as yoga in college and has continued ever since. In her fitness classes you’ll find some yoga-inspired moves, and if you take her vinyasa yoga classes, you’ll most likely find them to be a bit more power-focused than some others. She’s a fan of all kinds of cross training and is a firm believer that each type of exercise informs and benefits you in another. Maggie is currently working on her 500-hour yoga certification.
