Staying fit was instilled in Ross at a very young age. He started gymnastics at the age of 6 and never looked back. At 6′ tall, gymnastics was never easy, and he loved proving that he was capable of hanging with the best. He went on to compete at the University of Illinois where he was a two-time All-American and part of a Big Ten championship team. After school, he went on to perform with Cirque Du Soleil as an acrobat in ‘O’ in Las Vegas and ‘Alegria’ as it toured Europe. He was eager to share the knowledge he gained from gymnastics and Cirque Du Soleil, so he became certified through NASM to help others achieve their exercise goals.
