Jarred has been involved with sports and fitness his whole life. He started with Pee-wee football and eventually became a 3 sport athlete in high school. Sports made him realize that fitness had to be a part of his lifestyle, so he became a Chicago personal trainer. He thinks that he can improve the quality of life of any individual that walks through the door. He believe in a functional training program that consists of mobility, stability, strength and conditioning using equipment like barbells and kettle bells.
