Samantha, hailing from Australia, grew up playing and watching sports. This led her to study a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science and has worked in the fitness industry for the last 6 years. She gained experience as a personal trainer, boot camp instructor, Pilates teacher, and rehabilitation trainer at a physiotherapist. She has a strong interest in rehabilitation training and working towards a balanced body for injury prevention.
Just recently, while living in Canada, her love for yoga grew and she completed her teacher training. Samantha likes to combine a variety of her training methods to help her clients reach their goals.
Samantha loves being outdoors and is always up for new experiences and challenges. She is addicted to the feeling of reaching the top of a hike, completing a tough workout, or finishing a blissful yoga class.
