Samantha hailing from Australia grew up playing and watching sports. This lead her to study a bachelor of exercise and sports science. Samantha has worked in the fitness industry for the last 6 years. She gained experience as a personal trainer, boot camp instructor, pilates teacher, and rehabilitation trainer at a physiotherapist. She has a strong interest in rehabilitation training and working towards a balanced body for injury prevention.
While living in Canada recently her love for yoga grew and she completed her teacher training.
Samantha likes to combine a variety of her training methods to help her clients reach their goals.
Samantha loves being outdoors and is always up for new experiences and challenges. She says she is addicted to the feeling you get when you reach the top of a hike, complete a tough workout or finish blissful yoga class.
