What do you do from 9-5?
Combining my personal passion with my professional life, I entered the field of International Education. I worked as an elementary school teacher in South Korea before moving to Chicago where I transitioned into working with college students and young adults looking to study and work abroad. I also bartend at a hotel downtown on the weekends which I really enjoy doing; except when people don’t know how to tip.
When do you make time to workout?
Finding time to work out isn’t an issue for me because it’s one of the best parts of my day, so it comes in hot and at the top of the daily to-do list. The welcoming climate and amazing trainers at CTF make it easy to want to be there.
Fun fact?
I’ve traveled to 45 countries all over the world!
What inspired you to get into CTF?
I found CTF through via a deeply sorrowful Google search due to my kickboxing gym closing its doors. I was really bummed about it and on the hunt for a new place to call home but wasn’t convinced that I’d find it. But to quote Rihanna, “we found love in a hopeless place” and I couldn’t be happier about it.
