You will have the opportunity to use your knowledge and expertise to craft personalized programs for your one-on-one clients and build your personal training business with CTF. We are opening up our third location this fall and as we continue to grow, we want applicants who also have personal growth goals and are interested in leadership opportunities.

We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated certified personal trainer with 2+ years experience in training/coaching.


  • 2 years as a personal trainer
  • maintain a nationally accredited personal training certification
  • must have a drive for building your client base
  • team player
  • an interest in growing your skills and knowledge
  • must be willing to participate in gym events, trainings, meetings, etc
  • Must live in Chicago proper
  • Must be ok with background check
  • Pay: $36-$60 an hour, plus additional opportunities for commission and leadership roles

    CTF is Chicago's Premier HIIT studio. Each class is guaranteed to be different with each visit. Our trainers design each class to include interval cardiovascular routines, mobility and strength training. Open to all fitness levels, this class puts first-timers and fitness die-hards side by side to make progress at their own level together in one community. **New Check-in Protocol: Everyone is required to sanitize shoes (Healthy Sole) and hands upon entering any CTF studio. Everyone is also required to take a surface temperature reading and must wear a mask at all times.
