Need to find time for a workout during your busy schedule? CTF West Loop provides plenty of opportunities to get your workout in. Our hours of operation are as follows:

• • Monday to Thursday: 5 a.m. – 1 p.m., 4 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.

• Friday: 5 a.m. – 1 p.m., 4 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.

• Saturday and Sunday: 7 a.m. – 1 p.m.
