Briana’s love for fitness started early with competitive gymnastics and swimming. After graduating from Loyola University in 2012 with degrees in English Literature and Accounting, she started a corporate career in accounting and finance. As a result, she’s no stranger to demanding work schedules and the difficulty clients can face making fitness a priority in their lives. After joining Crosstown in 2018, Briana fell in love and knew she had found her fitness home. She decided to pursue her passion, became a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and now loves to help others achieve their fitness goals.
A firm believer in meeting each client where they are in their fitness journey, Briana aims to help her clients understand that anyone can make fitness a part of their lifestyle. Her goal is for all her clients to find joy in their training and to move confidently in their bodies.
