Caullen Hudson

CaullenHudson

Hailing from Columbia, Missouri, Caullen originally moved to Chicago to study film at DePaul University, where he found fitness as a second career while working at the campus gym. Involved in team sports while growing up, his appreciation for the community and collaborative atmosphere in group training transferred into crafting creative programming in the hopes of challenging individuals to reach their fullest potential. Now an established instructor in Chicago, Caullen has been training since 2012 earning American Council on Exercise (ACE) Group Fitness, Personal Training, and TRX certifications along the way. In that time, he has been featured in Thrillist Health and the Reebok blog; presented at conferences and panels including the Midwest Fit Fest and aSweatLife. Caullen specializes in high-intensity interval training (HIIT), sports-specific agility and plyometrics, as well as compound and functional muscle movements. He blends his passion for athletic performance to produce an intense yet unique and dynamic workout experience. Encouraging everyone to “do what works for you, but make yourself work,” Caullen brings his energy, committed mindset, and obnoxious personality to ensure a fun and powerful workout.

Additionally, Caullen is a “double demon” of DePaul University receiving his masters in sociology in June 2017. When not leading a class or training himself, he can be found shooting films with his non-profit SoapBox Productions and Organizing, podcasting, working on social justice campaigns, and most definitely not eating chorizo tacos…nope.
