After spending most of her teenage years as a competitive horseback rider, Erin re-discovered her passion for sport and fitness. While studying in Italy she started CrossFitting. Since then, she has gained experience training in powerlifing, Olympic weightlifting and kettlebells. In addition to her love for lifting heavy things, Erin trains in Muay Thai kickboxing. She traveled to Thailand and trained at a few Muay Thai camps refining her skills. Driven to share her love for health and fitness with others, she went on to obtain her personal training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She is also a StrongFirst Level 1 Kettlebell Instructor and CrossFitLevel 1 Trainer. She believes fitness and nutrition contributes to our overall state of wellbeing – physically, mentally and emotionally, thus empowering her clients to live healthy, balanced lifestyles. Her favorite aspect of being a coach is seeing her clients achieve goals they once thought were impossible. When Erin isn’t at the gym, she is spending time with her pup Gabe and husband Michael, cooking, writing, going to rock concerts and unapologetically eating cookies.
