Jessica Jones

Jessica’s passion for fitness started when she signed up to run her first marathon. After the marathon, she realized that she was missing out on that consistency and schedule that marathon training offered. While it was getting colder in Chicago and running outside wasn’t an option, she decided to join Crosstown Fitness and instantly fell in love!

After seeing how fitness improved her quality of life, Jessica knew that she wanted to help others achieve the same results! She soon became a NASM certified personal trainer and she left her career in Early Childhood education to join us here at Crosstown!! Jessica is passionate about coaching both men and women and helping them to lead their best lives through fitness and nutrition.
