Kyle Wolfe

Kyle is a former resident of Valparaiso, IN where he was a multi-sport athlete throughout his childhood and into high school, before his football talents gave him the chance to continue his athletic career at Benedictine University in Lisle, IL where he was a 3-Year member of the Football program, which ended due to injury. Kyle graduated from Benedictine University in 2017 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise & Sports Studies.

After college, Kyle found a passion for strength & conditioning, and human performance, and started his career at BASE Fit Performance in LaGrange, IL in 2017. Fast forward 5 years, Kyle had the opportunity to work with athletes from Youth to D1, to adults of all ages; educating in Functional Training, creating individualized and human performance program to be executed daily.

Kyle continues to educate himself daily as a “student of the game” while enjoying all the coffee and protein snacks he can find!

Kyle’s Coaching Philosophy: To provide a opportunity for those he trains to reach their full potential in all aspects of strength, sport and life – creating muscular adaptations, proper technique, and constant motivation and evaluation
