Exercise and fitness have been a significant part of Lindsay’s life since she discovered her love for running at the age of 10. She competed in track and cross country all throughout high school and college, but it wasn’t until post-grad school that she became really interested and involved in group fitness. She loves the energy and camaraderie that come from exercising in a group setting, and as a participant, recognized the effect that having a dedicated, motivating, and knowledgeable trainer had on her; this inspired her to go for her Personal Training certification. Her real passion lies within the Group Fitness setting and she is a NASM certified Personal Trainer with a Group Fitness specialization. Her goal with clients is to convey her enthusiasm and passion for fitness, and provide them with challenging, yet fun workouts that push them to be their best selves. She strives to ensure that all participants leave class with a sense of accomplishment and fulfillment. She is so excited to be a part of the Crosstown family!
