Maggie grew up dancing and soon fell in love with yoga for all the same reasons she loved to dance – she just liked to listen to good music and move. That eventually turned into a love for any kind of movement, from running to CrossFit to cycling, and everything in between! She began instructing strength and metabolic conditioning classes as well as yoga in college and has continued ever since. In her fitness classes, you’ll find some yoga-inspired moves. Also, if you take her vinyasa yoga classes, you’ll most likely find them to be a bit more power-focused than some others. She’s a fan of all kinds of cross training and is a firm believer that each type of exercise informs and benefits you in another. Maggie is currently working on her 500-hour yoga certification.

CTF is Chicago's Premier HIIT studio. Each class is guaranteed to be different with each visit. Our trainers design each class to include interval cardiovascular routines, mobility and strength training. Open to all fitness levels, this class puts first-timers and fitness die-hards side by side to make progress at their own level together in one community. **New Check-in Protocol: Everyone is required to sanitize shoes (Healthy Sole) and hands upon entering any CTF studio. Everyone is also required to take a surface temperature reading and must wear a mask at all times.
