Mike Pavliga

Growing up in the Chicago suburbs, I was a competitive athlete throughout my youth. I was lucky enough to play soccer at the Division 1 level at Northern Illinois University which sparked my interest to study exercise science. After transferring to Michigan State University, I began pursuing my passion for all things exercise/athletics and graduated with a B.S in Kinesiology in 2017. I am an ACE CPT and have been training both personal and group fitness for the past 5 years. My previous position has led me to train over 5,000 bootcamps in a 4 year period and has sparked my love of helping as many people as possible achieve success with their fitness and health goals. The group fitness setting has given me a chance to show my true self. I am able to be energetic, loud and passionate on the microphone and create workouts that will push people beyond their expectations in a challenging yet fun way. I love meeting new people and the ability to create community in the fitness setting. While I love group training, being able to also train one on one allows me to help people achieve specific physical goals and have a long lasting impact on their health and fitness lifestyle. When I’m not in the gym training or working out myself I enjoy playing and watching sports, going out, trying new restaurants and spending time with family and friends. I look forward to meeting you all in camp and crushing our goals together!
