Steph has been involved with fitness since a very young age. Her love for sports gave her the opportunity to play at the collegiate level. Her athletic experiences shed light on her passion for training others. Steph is certified in personal training, group fitness, and gymnastics training. She incorporates the techniques from volleyball and gymnastics to give a unique and challenging fitness experience.
Steph has trained collegiate dance and cheer teams for 2 years, high school volleyball, and individuals of all ages. When she’s not training at Crosstown, she coaches for Nike and teaches aerial fitness! She has presented at Midwest Fitfest 2014 to a group of over 100 people. Whether she’s working one on one, or with a large group, you can count on her to make sure everyone is working hard and reaching their goals. No matter what you are working towards in your fitness journey, Steph has you covered with her wide range of specialties. Her training motto: “our bodies can be conditioned to do and be ANYTHING, the first and hardest thing is to mentally make the decision to take the first step towards that journey.”
In her free time, she has trained and completed three Chicago marathons, and six half marathons! When she’s not training (which is not very often), she’s spending every other moment with her pit/lab puppy Rose while enjoying Fro Yo.
