Steph has been involved with fitness since a very young age. Her love for sports gave her the opportunity to play at the collegiate level. Her athletic experiences shed light on her passion for training others. Steph is Personal Training, Group Fitness, and Sports Conditioning certified through ACE. She also holds a Level 1 USA Weightlifting certification. After playing collegiate volleyball in 2010 and cheerleading from 2011-2014 at DePaul University, she completed her M.S. in Exercise Science at Northeastern Illinois University.
Steph has trained collegiate dance and cheer teams, high school volleyball, and individuals of all ages. When she’s not training at Crosstown, she coaches for Nike Chicago! No matter what you are working towards in your fitness journey, Steph has you covered with her wide range of specialties.
