Taylor is incredibly excited to bring her passion, knowledge, and enthusiasm to CrossTown Fitness! She is a certified ISSA Personal Trainer, as well as holds NASM Women’s Fitness and NASM Nutrition certifications. Taylor has been a personal trainer and group fitness instructor since 2016, from leading large group workouts to private one on one trainings, covering all realms of fitness specialties. Her philosophy? Everybody and every BODY is capable of doing incredible things- we must have the courage to push past our own limits and expectations to do so! Fitness should never be something you do as a punishment. Instead, she believes in making clients feel welcomed at all stages, ensure they are enjoying the process, celebrating their abilities, and motivating people to train harder, faster, and heavier than they once believed they could.
Additionally, Taylor is a graduate of DePaul University with her Masters in Educational Leadership, and her Bachelors from the University of Texas at Austin! Working in fitness all through her college degrees, she found a deep love for the wellness community and decided to blend her passion for education and fitness full time! In her spare time, you can often find her with a barbell, reading a new book, volunteering for Down Syndrome communities, Deaf communities, and/or social justice opportunities, or with a taco and an iced coffee.
