Taylor Wallace

Taylor is incredibly excited to bring her passion, experience, and knowledge to CTF! She is a certified ISSA Personal Trainer, who always holds NASM Women’s Fitness, NASM Nutrition, and TRX certifications, and she has been a personal trainer and group instructor since 2015! Her philosophy? Everybody and every BODY is capable of doing incredible things- I am here to help encourage, support, and uplift you as I challenge you through it! Fitness should never be something we do as a punishment. Instead, she believes in making clients feel welcomed at all stages, celebrating their abilities and accomplishments, and motivating people to train harder, faster, and heavier than they thought they could.

Additionally, Taylor is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin with her B.S in Deaf Education and DePaul University with her M.Ed in Higher Education Administration. When she’s not with clients or weightlifting on her own, you can find Taylor in a local bookstore, volunteering with the Down Syndrome community, Deaf community, and/or social justice opportunities, or with a taco and an iced coffee.

CTF is Chicago's Premier HIIT studio. Each class is guaranteed to be different with each visit. Our trainers design each class to include interval cardiovascular routines, mobility and strength training. Open to all fitness levels, this class puts first-timers and fitness die-hards side by side to make progress at their own level together in one community. **New Check-in Protocol: Everyone is required to sanitize shoes (Healthy Sole) and hands upon entering any CTF studio. Everyone is also required to take a surface temperature reading and must wear a mask at all times.
