I LOVE the variety of instructors and friendliness of the front desk staff. I would LOVE to see more props used in classes and/or offered at the West Loop location: Bulgarian bags, Ropes, Bosu Balls, Blue/green bands. More Total Body strength classes being offered on the schedule would be awesome too along with weekend mid-afternoon classes :) Partnership with a yoga studio or something where u can buy a discounted class pack at a neighboring gym would be awesome too!

I would base my recommendation on who the recipient is-- I would not necessarily recommend someone who doesn't exercise frequently/take classes to Crosstown, because it is a solid workout and might be hard to jump into without previous experience.Great class, very good strength movements-- I like that different types of weights are always utilized.

Love this place! The workouts are always different and each challenging in their own way. You will never get bored! So many class times to choose from as well.

Teachers are great
The last class on Friday should start later than 5:30pm. Even 5:45 or 6pm would be a positive. Bring back one of 7:30pm classes during week.
