Each class will be different every time you come to Cross Town Fitness, Workouts incorporate strength and endurance exercises to challenge you in new ways each day! Our trainters design each class to include interval cardiovascular routines, mobility and strength training. Open to all fitness levels, this class puts first-timers and fitness die-hards side by side to make progress at their own level together in one community.

FAQs

Can I Cancel my membership?

You may cancel your membership once the terms of your agreement have been met. Memberships can only be canceled in person at CTF with a valid ID. Appropriate paperwork is necessary and must be completed at the front desk and requires a 30 day notice. Be aware that if the billing cycle falls within the 30-day notice period, you will be billed one final time. Understand that you are liable for all fees and charges that currently owed during your notice period. You will also be able to continue to use the CrossTown Fitness Facility until your 30-day notice has expired.

Can I freeze my membership?

You may freeze your membership for up to 3 months, for no charge. All frozen memberships will resume monthly billing automatically after the 3rd month. Memberships can only be frozen once per calendar year. Appropriate paperwork is necessary and must be completed at the front desk and requires a 30 day notice. Be aware that if the billing cycle falls within the 30-day notice period, you will be billed one final time. Understand that you are liable for all fees and charges that currently owed during your notice period.

What is the Class Cancellation Policy?

Early Cancel: An early cancel is any cancellation online or by phone that occurs more than 8 hours prior to the start of your class. If you early cancel, you will not be charged.

Late Cancel: A late cancel is any cancellation online or by phone that occurs less than 8 hours prior to the start of your class. Late cancels will be charged as follows: unlimited months, monthly or annual members will charged $10 and clients with class packages will lose one class.

No Show: A no show occurs if you do not cancel and do not show up for your scheduled class. A no show will be charged as follows: unlimited months, monthly or annual members will charged $20 and clients with class packages will lose one class.

Late to Class: Late to class means, class has started. CTF prides itself starting on time every time for our members. If you are late to a waitlisted class your spot will be given to the 1st person in line and you will be moved to the end of the waitlist.

Please arrive 10 minutes before a class begins. Under no circumstance will participants be allowed to join a class  after 5 minutes of it beginning.

How do I redeem and share my monthly Free Guest Pass?

As a monthly unlimited member you can share Unlimited Free $30 Day Passes with friends and family. The Free Guest Pass can only be offered to 1st time clients only and they must attend the class with you. 1 guest per class max. In order to do this the nonmember must create a profile, and then they sign up for the class as unpaid. You should both arrive and check in with the front desk together. Notify the staff that this is your guest and they will be using your pass. If your guest does decide to become a CTF monthly unlimited member, you will get your next month’s dues for Free!

What am I able to do online?

You can join the club and add family members. You may update billing and address information, pay your balance, and view payment history. If you have a personal training membership you may look at your workout history.

I would like to add a family member to my membership, how can I do that?

You may do so at your local club. Our fitness counselors will be able to assist you with rates and any specials currently offered to help you add a family member to your account.

What kinds of classes are right for me?

CrossTown Fitness offers a variety of group exercise classes to meet all fitness levels. Whether you are a beginner or an expert the individual attention you will receive from your trainer and class instructor will guarantee a great workout every time.

How long are the personal training sessions?

Personal training sessions are generally 30 minutes or 60 minutes long. Train one-on-one or with a friend. Contact our personal training department for rates and any specials currently offered.

Can someone teach me how to use the equipment? / I have never taken group exercise classes before, how do I start?
