I liked the good audio system and guidance through workouts I was not familiar with. Made a challenging experience more comfortable. the folks in the monday afternoon class were not very sociable though it was a group workout, but the instructor was cool.

The workouts are fast moving and different every time. When weights are used it is difficult to maneuver in the time allotted to find the weight that works for you.

I used to be an unlimited member and loved it (back in the Betina and Mike days)! The reason I stopped is because I moved to River North and logistically Studio 3 made sense. You all are great, tough classes that really show results.

Instructors are welcoming, engaged, energized and supportive. The workouts are challenging, but they go by quickly because you’re constantly switching movements and exercises. Maggie U. is exceptional!!!
