Tell us about you goals, what inspired you to get into CTF?

My fitness goals are to improve my strength, become more lean, and hate running a little less each day. CTF has been great for me because I get bored easily and need to constantly switch it up to keep myself motivated.

What do you do from 9 to 5?

 Medical Esthetician

 When do you make time to workout?

Morning, always.

How do your workouts at CTF keep you going in your busy professional life?

Since my job is to take care of others, it’s important that I take that hour in the morning and spend it on just myself. I really look forward to starting my day at CTF and seeing all of the regulars in the mornings.

What’s one goal you have inside the gym and one outside of it?

My goal is to run as fast as Gemma! I am always striving to find a healthy balance with my diet and keep the sweets at a minimum. It’s my biggest challenge, for sure!

Tell us about you goals, what inspired you to get into CTF.

My fitness goals are to maintain muscle, build endurance and tone certain areas (ha!). As a West-Looper, joining CTF was the perfect fit for me based on location and achieving my fitness goals. I would also like to bet I was one of the first members… and still love it just as much as when the gym first opened.

What do you do from 9 to 5?

When do you make time to workout?

Morning, always.

How do your workouts at CTF keep you going in your busy professional life?

Having a set workout routine at CTF provides me with energy throughout the day and also serves as a stress reliever in my professional life.

What’s one goal you have inside the gym and one outside of it?

My goal inside the gym is to be able to squat as much as Tara during our PT training! A goal outside of the gym is to eat healthier (specifically, cutting back on my sweet tooth!).
