Tell us about your goals and what inspired you to work out at CrossTown Fitness?

I wanted to join a gym that offered challenging classes with motivating instructors. CTF challenges me with a different routine every day. My personal health and fitness are important to me and CTF gives me the opportunity to continue to improve both my endurance and strength.
What do you do from 9 to 5?

I am a physical therapist specializing in orthopedic and vestibular rehabilitation.

When do you make time to workout?

Its important for me to have a well balanced lifestyle so I often base my workouts off of my work and social schedule. If I have plans in the evening, then I make myself go to one of the early morning workouts

How do your workouts at CTF keep you going in your busy professional/personal life?

Having to sign up for the classes ahead of time makes me more accountable to keep up with a regular workout routine. I always feel great after a CTF workout and it positively affects my professional and personal life.

What’s one goal you have inside the gym and one outside of it?

My goals in the gym are to continue to challenge myself and improve my self image. Outside of the gym, my goals are to excel in my work place and continue having a  positive impact on the lives of others.
