Don Purnama

Growing up, Don didn’t see movement as something meant for him. Exercise felt distant, something other people did, until a friend encouraged him to try running and reminded him that sometimes all it takes is one foot in front of the other. That moment changed everything. It showed him the power of simply starting, even when it feels uncomfortable, and how small, consistent acts of movement can build confidence, clarity, and momentum.

Since then, fitness has become the lens through which Don navigates life. It’s where he found discipline, emotional resilience, and the grounding that comes from carving out time each day to reconnect with himself. As a coach, his mission is to help others discover that same feeling, to show that movement isn’t about perfection or comparison, but about giving the body and mind space to strengthen, heal, and grow. If he can help someone feel a little more capable, present, or empowered each day, he knows he’s exactly where he’s meant to be.
