Jeremy Clements

Jeremy grew up playing a variety of sports and his athletic career culminated with playing 4 years of college football in Upstate New York. With over 8 years of training experience and a background in athletics Jeremy brings a performance-driven approach to every session. His focus is on building strength, conditioning, resilience, and longevity—helping clients move well, feel strong, and perform their best for the long term. He is deeply invested in the progress of his clients and committed to guiding them toward sustainable results that last beyond the gym.
Outside of training, Jeremy enjoys photography, traveling, spending time with his girlfriend and their Frenchie, and checking out new breweries around the city.
