Melissa’s love for movement and fitness began at an early age when she was a competitive ice skater. Ice skating created a drive and passion for training through individual and team sports, including diving, basketball, volleyball and snowboarding. Melissa loves being active, both outside and in the gym, and feels her best when moving and challenging her body. Melissa is a NASM certified personal trainer with experience in helping clients to meet their fitness goals through personal and group fitness classes. Melissa’s goal is to help her clients establish consistent and lasting fitness routines to see real results. Melissa is excited to share her energy and love for fitness with the Crosstown community!
