I have been going to CTF for over two years now! I have gotten much stronger and in better shape than when I started. The teachers, classes, reservation functionality, events, etc. are all fantastic. Highly recommend.

Great general format- every class is total body with a sprinkle of strength, rowing.
In my experience the instructors, their format and selection of exercises to form a compete workout is key to a great workout. The instructors at CTF almost unanimously do this every single class.
Love the workouts. Love the instructors. Love most of the other gym-goers!
