I love squatting during my PT sessions because I get to see how much stronger I am getting. I also love Kettle swings

To get back in shape, and be in better shape than I was in college and to do the Chicago Triathlon again and beat my time from 2010!

6.Fun Fact about you:
I’ve been involved in the sport of rowing since I was 13. I rowed through high school and college, then transitioned into coaching. Currently I coach NU’s club team, in addition to my full time job as a manager at Found Kitchen and Social House in Evanston. My work hours are crazy!
