Growing up, Hannah always pushed the envelope when it came to fitness. Being a competitive tennis player for over 10 years, she consistently looked for opportunities to challenge herself not only on the court, but in the weight room. CrossFit was introduced into her training regimen, and she never looked back. For 8 years Hannah traveled around the Midwest and East Coast competing in various CrossFit and USA Weightlifting competitions eventually qualifying for the North American Open Series. After moving around to 4 different states for work, Hannah finally settled down in Chicago with her husband Robert and two dogs Laura and Nala. Knowing her love for fitness and anything with a barbell, she decided to take a step into Coaching so she can empower others to achieve their fitness goals. Hannah currently holds her Group Fitness Instructor Certification, Personal Training Certification, USAW Level 1, and Crossfit Level 1.
