Taylor has always loved working out and being active, and after college her passion for weightlifting really took off. When she moved to Chicago from Philly after graduating, she knew she had to find a community that shares that same passion, which she found in group fitness. Taylor is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach, passionate about finding exercise and movement that works for you and making group fitness inclusive and accessible for everyone. She hopes to inspire you to try new things and to feel empowered to not get it right the first time. With the right playlist, Taylor will bring the energy and excitement to the studio! When Taylor is not on the mic, she loves weightlifting and running, and she has 2 marathons under her belt. Taylor is excited to be a part of the CTF team and is looking forward to helping our members reach their fitness goals!
