Theresa’s enthusiasm for fitness started at a young age and from kindergarten through college she was involved in a variety of sports. Post-college, her love of team sports transitioned to group fitness and she continues to foster a team mentality and invigorating energy into all of her classes. Theresa started her professional career as an auditor in a public accounting firm but quickly transitioned fields when she realized her 5 AM workouts were the best part of her day. Starting with a Turbo Kick certification Theresa became an avid learner and quickly expanded her knowledge to include boot camp, TRX, and stretching formats. In addition, she designs her own cardio kickboxing routines! Personally, she strives to explore new avenues of fitness and incorporate these ideas to keep classes fun, fresh and constantly challenging for herself and members! Outside of the gym, Theresa focuses on swimming, hot yoga, racquetball, indoor rock climbing, trail running, and triathlon or half-marathon training.
Theresa has worked with fitness enthusiasts of various levels and experience – seeing her members improve and reach goals is the best part of her job! Her energy will motivate you to take your fitness to the next level in a safe and non-intimidating environment. Come prepared to get sweaty, feel awesome, and have fun doing it.
